Spaghetti Tower

Hello everyone, 

Today Matilda Deborah and I made a spaghetti tower and tried to get the tallest tower with a marshmallow on top.

So basically, we got given 100cm of string, 20 pieces of spaghetti, 100cm of tape and a marshmallow and we had to try make a tower and put a marshmallow on top.  We only had 18 minutes! I think our team worked really well together but it was so hard!  The spaghetti kept snapping and the tower didn't stay up! It was good fun though...and I got to share the marshmallow - yum!

Reflection for Hey T.A dance for production

I'm in the Hey T.A dance group for production and we all watched the PATS blues dance group. I really liked everything they did, their dance moves were pretty cool, I really liked how they were on chairs and at the chorus they did jazz hands and kneeled down.

My PMI About This Term

P: My Positive about this term is probably today! Because Its the last day of term!!
Today we had Mid - Winter Breastfast. It was raining quite hard, We also have mufti - day today! And also Keira's coming to my house after school. After today ( Friday ) we will be going to Australia tomorrow!! For the whole holiday!!


M: My Minus of this term would be Last Thursday because...

1. Our netball team had a bye 
2. On the monkey bars I bent my finger back at lunch time and I went to get an x - ray and they said I tore my ligament in my knuckle/finger. 


I: My Interesting thing that happened this term is when we did Jubilate. It was fun 'n all, but I just got a surprise because I thought it would be like next term, but Mr.Grant gave us very short notice.

Choir Jubilate

Choir Jubilate

Kia Ora Everyone, 

On Monday, the O.L.A choir went to Jubilate!

 I sat with Matilda, Polly and Sophie on the way to Saint Mary's Church (Jubilate)

When we arrived, we sat down on the floor and talked until the first practice which was in a couple of minutes from then.

The time flew bye, so we walked in the doors of the church and sat at our pews, first there was a welcome speech which was by Mr Joboline, and then we started to sing the first song until we sang all the 15, and yes i said 15! once we have finished the 15 songs in the practice, we walked out of the massive church and sat down where we were when we were waiting for the practice to start and i was so relived because finally it was morning tea!!!  i was real hungry and guess what we only had 3 minutes to eat i was lucky though because when i am hungry i will eat as fast as a gorilla! so i got all my morning tea just in time...

Oh No! i am so scared for The real Jubalate... "Its ok Liliana Its ok" i mumbled to myself one song done... another one done...  and another, another , another until we are finally done! Then Pope Martin came up and so did Mr Jobolone for the ending speech we left the Church and caught our bus back to school and i felt great!

Winter Sports { NOT }

Everyone,
Today i am writing to you about my " Winter Sports" { NOT }

why is there a not at the end your probably wondering!! well get ready for the long story,
so firstly we all came into room four, for committeemen time and when we were looking at the notices and boom it said fantails had a bye and yes i know i have to be pacific fantails as in my netball team! i was quite upset,

but later it was raining very heave, so i was quite pleased i didn't have to go in the rain! but still a little sad because it was my first game, other an the sports toradament i also played netball,
but we did do something very fun with Mrs Nystad guess...

Keep guessing, oh your never going to guess? hehehehe we made anti - bullying posters and stuck them on class room doors and windows! i will link the poster i made! well i mad two one on my chrome book and one on paper!!

• The biggest Eel is 2 meters.

This Morning Phil and Janet came in to talk a bit about south sudan (Where they live)
They have different coins and note the 100 $ is worth 30 cents Wow Not Lots

• They don't have toilets they have too squat down and do their business down a hole in the ground!  Yuckk its about 150 metres deep:0
• There is one road that they can really cross because the other roads are ReAllY dangerous:( As They may get robbed:( so that's why phill Works for the MAF.
• Kids Swim in this lake and their are crocodiles and electric fish?
• It very normal to be naked in south sudan ( DONT LAUGH ITS REALLY HOT )
• They Keep and keep scarring there skin to  make tattoos:)

it is a type of water underground! that is so deep that it barley ever end! Its so deep it never fills up:)

Good afternoon everyone i would like to share my R.E With u

Swimming Sports

Kia ora,Everyone Today I am going to be talking to you about swimming sports well it was a couple of weeks ago but it was very interesting! hopefully your willing to listen/read Enjoy!! 

1. On the bus we were with the year Fours and Fives/Me:) I was sitting with Keira And Emelia on the bus:)
and talking to some year Fours!

2. When we arrived my heart was pounding like a dogs tongue! can you guess why? 
Because It was my first year being compeditve! Here's a Photo of Keira, Xanthe, Lily and I

Free Stye Was First Up I was in the 3rd  race of  freestye i hear keira cheering me on and other people!

3.   I also did backstroke Keira was in my race But i came last but i don't care cause i gave it ago the whole school was cheering me on i did'nt really like it cause i had a lot of pressure on me and it was kind of imbarssing for me:) i mean it was nice in all but its not really my thing? oh well i still had so much fun and that's the mane thing:) when keira an i came out of the pool i was so proud of keira and she was proud of me! After my last race i had some food:) I saw keira with no food at all! so I shared mine:) she was so grateful then i went  to sit with xanthe for a bit then we just talked for a little i said great job at her race and said said the same! 

Thanks to an amazing day out Teachers,Parents and other people who helped out congrates on who got to zones! Thanks For Reading my Blog Post Have an amazing rest of your day!
